Ashley-Tech  has a standard optical workshop and ultra-clean rooms covering an area of over 12,000 square meters. It is equipped with 700mm ion beam polishing machines, 800mm MFR grinding heads, more than 30 Satisloh and other brand CNC aspherical grinding and polishing machines.over 40 sets of CNC torodial surface grinding and polishing machines, more than 100 sets of 1.5mm to 2m high-precision cylindrical lens, flat lens, aspherical lens grinding and polishing machines, more than 10 sets of  Optorun, Leybold coating machines, etc. It also has 50 sets of high-precision detection instruments such as Zygo interferometer, 650mm large-aperture laser interferometer, Taylor Hobson, Mahr profilometer, Hitachi electron microscope, Trioptics center deviation measuring instrument, Zeiss three-coordinate measuring instrument, Agilent, Bruker spectrophotometer, Lambda film thickness monitoring system, etc. Relying on advanced hardware facilities and technical platforms, the company has established a one-stop full-process service system from R&D design, rapid prototype development to large-scale mass production.

Ashley-Tech has the capacity to produce over 5 million high-precision optical components annually. Its products cover a wide range of optical components such as aspherical lenses, toroidal lenses, cylindrical lenses, flat lenses, and spherical lenses.
