From March 15th to March 17th, 2025, relevant departments of Suzhou Ashley Technology Company got together and participated in the FMEA training meeting. In the winter solstice in 2025, a group of leaders and employees in our Ashley Technology spent a warm and meaningful moment together. On this special day, we held a special winter solstice activity to cover jiaozi, aiming at rallying team strength and enhancing emotional communication with each other through this traditional custom. First, let’s review the background of the activity. The winter solstice, as an important solar term in China traditional culture, marks the official arrival of the cold winter. On this day, people usually hold various celebrations, including Bao jiaozi. It is not only a delicacy, but also a cultural heritage, symbolizing reunion, harmony and happiness. In this activity, we invited the company’s senior executives to participate together, and Mr. Fang Qiyong, the chairman of the board of directors, also came to the scene to package jiaozi with the employees and share this wonderful moment. Before the event began, the company’s executives had made full preparations for the event. They carefully selected high-quality flour, fresh vegetables and meat stuffing to ensure the quality of all ingredients. At the activity site, Mr. Fang Qiyong, the chairman of the board, kneaded dough, rolled skin and wrapped jiaozi with the employees. Every process was full of laughter. In this process, we saw the tacit cooperation between the teams and felt the deep friendship between them. On this cold winter solstice night, everyone sat around and tasted the jiaozi wrapped by themselves, which was very enjoyable.
