Recently, Ashley-Tech has completed the introduction and commissioning of five high-precision CNC machine, which have been officially put into production. This move further consolidates the company’s hardware foundation in the field of precision optical glass processing.
The newly added equipment is specially tailored for products with complex structures such as special-shaped glass parts, toroidal surfaces, and aspherical cylindrical surfaces. It enables efficient completion of critical processes including milling and fine grinding, achieving substantial improvements in processing accuracy, surface quality and product consistency. It better meets the processing requirements of high-end optical components.
With the operation of the new equipment, the company’s production capacity for complex special-shaped parts has been effectively expanded, accompanied by simultaneous enhancement in production efficiency and delivery capability. It provides strong support for continuously meeting customers’ diversified, high-precision customized demands.
